Pisco Corazón

During the distillation process, as much of the heads and tails are removed as possible, leaving only the most desirable component, the “heart”, or Corazón in Spanish. It is then matured for 5 years in stainless steel tanks before bottling. This is the rarest category of Piscos where you can taste the best of beautiful grape growing regions of Peru in every sip.
